The team here at MademoiselleJewelry.com was absolutely enthralled with the book Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert.  A wonderful story about one woman’s life discoveries as she travels through Italy, India, and Bali.  A theme that has been the motivation behind the inception of our jewelry store, which provides unique jewelry for the strong, independent woman. 

It’s no wonder we were absolutely captivated by the movie Eat, Pray, Love as well.  With the breathtaking settings that make you want to hop a plane, the fact that it stars America’s sweetheart, Julia Roberts, and by heavens!  the jewelry!  We loved every single piece as they were all unique and inspirational at the same time. 

We felt we just had to create an entire section on our website devoted to Eat, Pray, Love Style Jewelry!  Inspired by the many different cultures Julia experiences on her journeys, we feature a wide variety of Peace Jewelry, beaded bracelets, hamsa necklaces, and much, much more.  Each piece was hand-selected by our staff as something we felt was had a very special and unique meaning behind it.

Ever since laying eyes on the lotus flower, we knew that it would make the perfect theme for jewelry.  Not only does it have a beautiful shape, but the meaning behind it is even more powerful.

Lotus flowers have strong symbolism particularly in Buddhism and Hinduism, as well as Egyptian and Christian cultures.
